From the outset I was impressed. The owner was prompt to respond, friendly, and very straightforward and honest about policies, procedures, and pricing. They showed up on time and were very friendly and efficient. I was quite impressed by how carefully and conscientiously they handled our furniture and other belongings. They cleaned the carpets very thoroughly and took their time doing the job right. I couldn't believe the difference in our carpets when they were done! They looked like new! I think what I love most about it was that in addition to being very clean, the carpets were so soft once they were dry. (And they dried quite quickly, another plus!)
