From the outset I was impressed. The owner was prompt to respond, friendly, and very straightforward and honest about policies, procedures, and pricing. They showed up on time and were very friendly and efficient. I was quite impressed by how carefully and conscientiously they handled our furniture and other belongings. They cleaned the carpets very thoroughly and took their time doing the job right. I couldn't believe the difference in our carpets when they were done! They looked like new! I think what I love most about it was that in addition to being very clean, the carpets were so soft once they were dry. (And they dried quite quickly, another plus!) It is obvious that this team cares about doing a good job and having a happy customer. Would not hesitate to call them again!"
